The date (October 27, 2008) has been set for job evaluations
Three grievances are currently at the fourth step:
- CEVC doing re-entry duties;
- Unequal treatment on hours for evening coverage and shift differential;
- Violations of seniority rights by creating "preferred positions" within the classification of Corrections Counselor;
