Job Classification:Business Agent

Work Location:Position will service Local and State Unit shops in Northeast PA (Bradford, Pike, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Sullivan and Wayne Counties)

Qualifications:Union experience, preferably internal organizing, arbitrations, negotiations, grievance processing, and labor-management relations.  Heavy travel, weekend and evening work required.

Salary:$44,520 plus overtime and car allowances.  Generous benefit package.

Factors to be considered for active union members: Length and scope of active involvement in unions; demonstrates ability to work with others; ability to effectively communicate, learn, organize people around issues and activities; adaptability of skills; knowledge of issues affecting SEIU Local 668 PSSU members.
