Members of SEIU Local 668 and Butler ARC have reached a critical point in bargaining. SEIU Local 668 represents 60 employees at the Mental Retardation facility in Butler. The Union and the Employer have been bargaining for over ten months and have yet to get close to an agreement. The workers at the facility have refused to take concessions on healthcare. The average Worker at Butler ARC makes $22,000.00 dollars a year, while the average management employee makes over $ 65,000 per year.
