905 Arbitration Update

The Union has received the signed arbitrator’s tentative decision.   The Union will mail the decision to all members at their home addresses.   (The format that was provided by the arbitrator cannot be posted on the website due to formatting issues.)

The Union is in the process of scheduling a meeting for next week at which time our attorney will be available to answer any questions regarding the arbitration award.

The time and date of the meeting will be mailed along with the arbitration award, and will be posted on the website as soon as it becomes available.
