Children & Youth Minutes 9-19-08

Children and Youth Meeting
September 19, 2008

Meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. by Chair Michael Butler. Attendance was taken from sign-in sheet.

The minutes of the last meeting were approved.

No report from Rick Adams who is out on political leave.

Report was given from Chair Michael Butler. He talked about where the committee should be going in the future.

Ideas from the committee members:

1.) getting more members from different parts of the state

2.) meetings with state representatives whose committees deal with Children and Youth

3.) meeting as a committee regionally

4.) get involved with other organizations that deal with Children and Youth issues.

There was no old business or new business.

Meeting adjourned at 11:55 a.m.
