New Hires at SEIU Local 668
SEIU Local 668 is proud to announce several new hires who will help improve our operational efficiency, as well as our organizing and representational capacity.
After a thorough search and interview process, SEIU Local 668 is excited to announce the appointment of Toni Vallone as our Local’s second Internal Organizing Staff Director, effective September 14, 2018. Toni will work together with Rachel Canning on our restructuring plan to improve our member representational work and member development work. Toni has many years of experience in contract bargaining and political campaign work, having worked as a Business Agent with SEIU Local 668 since 2011. Toni also has a number of years of supervisory experience from her tenure at SEIU Healthcare PA.
Being the granddaughter of a proud UMWA member and daughter of USWA member are just two reasons Toni became involved in the Labor Movement. For Toni, the labor movement is about making the world a better place for the middle class and continuing to fight for the legacy our predecessors fought so hard to secure. It is the first thing on her mind in the morning and the last thing she thinks about at night.
